Everyday faith

“If you can’t fly then run. If you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward!” That’s what Martin Luther King Jr proposed anyhow! These are truly bold and distinctive words. Over the next couple of months, in eleven Sunday segments, we’re going to be exploring key biblical qualities that resource the faith. What might offer significant help for our lives in the comfort and challenge of following Jesus well in times such as these…

  • Forward not Back

  • Whole not Wounded

  • Energised not Exhausted

  • Peaceful not Anxious

  • Organised not Overwhelmed

  • Rooted not Restless

  • Connected not Isolated

  • Focussed not Drifting

  • Satisfied not Meaningless

  • Mourning not Melancholy

  • Loved not Fearful

Each of the themes will be rooted in an Old Testament and New Testament scripture. Lean in as we seek to discover in the sweep of the themes we’ve gathered up to resource, in this season as we recover, reimagine and reset.
