Cafe volunteering

Are you passionate about offering great hospitality, serving our community better and being part of a great team? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Construction works are concluding, a cafe manager has been appointed, with other team members being recruited and we’re committed to having a volunteer team of thirty with twenty-two now signed up. Our coffee shop is due to open in the Spring of 2022, and we are looking for volunteers. There are many ways for you to volunteer your time including coffee baristas, food preparation, counter service, table clearing and offering a warm welcome team.

We would welcome a regular commitment from you, but in return, we shall offer full training and an opportunity that you will find very rewarding. We’re looking for volunteers who will give four hours, twice a month, or more.

Welcome, induction and training are being planned for us altogether. Volunteer Information sessions are being in the diary for Saturday 19th February 10 am - 12 noon or  Monday 7th March 1 pm - 3 pm. Register your interest in these. Come and share in something special for the good of our community.
